We can wrap most games in plain brown paper and add a handwritten note. Mention it in an email after ordering and we will do our best.

Standard tracked delivery takes 2–4 working days, express arrives the next working day if ordered before 1pm, and economy takes 4–7 working days.

At the moment we deliver to addresses in Great Britain and Northern Ireland only.

Each game goes into a fresh bag inside a snug box with plenty of padding, so corners and boards arrive the way they left us.

Every pre-loved game is counted against its component list. If anything is missing or replaced, the listing says so clearly.

We use plain words — like new, very good, good, well loved — and describe any wear on the box, board or cards.

Sometimes. Send us a list and a few photos by email and we will let you know if we can make an offer.

Yes. You can return unwanted items within 30 days of delivery. Unopened new games and pre-loved games in the condition we sent them are refunded in full.

Contact us with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement part, a replacement game or a refund — whichever works best for you.

No. Our shop is for everyone, though some games are designed for older players — the recommended age is shown on the box.
